Sarah and Ryan's fall wedding in the city {NYC Wedding Photographer}

I got to know Sarah and Ryan at their engagement session last spring, you might remember them as the couple who jumped over the rails onto the smallest beach in NYC. Needless to say, I knew this would be a fun day:) From getting ready on the Upper East Side to the ceremony on the Upper West and back again to the Upper East for the reception (with a walk through Central Park too), this day was not lacking in excitement and activity either. They were up for anything (once again) and their day was just perfect. That's truly the best way to describe it. Blue skies, just a bit of chill, and a very happy couple surrounded by loving family and friends. Seriously perfect. Thank you for letting me be a part of your day! Enjoy the preview....so much more to come!

Allie's NY Senior Session {NYC Senior Photographer}

Senior sessions aren't something I get to do a lot, but I really enjoy it when I do. Being a senior in high school is such a unique time as there are so many thoughts of what's to come as well as lots of looking back at all that's happened. It's emotional to say the least. Allie is from MN and came to NYC on a family trip. She acts in community theater and also at her school...hence the reason to come to NY her senior year and have her senior photos taken here. We started with some photos at a local diner (great idea Allie) and walked the streets of the Meatpacking District until we ended up on the Highline. So many fun photos, but here are just a few of my favorites. Have a great senior year Allie!! And best of luck as you make decisions for next year!

a yearly meeting... {Franklin Children's Photographer}

I love my yearly meeting with the Crawford family!!! (Yes, it deserves that many explanation points too!) This brother/sister duo cannot be beat either. You'd think it would be hard to get them to hug and love on each other, but I assure you, it is the easiest thing to ask them to do. No fake smiles here! This meeting came at just the right time too, as they are currently in major transition to Mali (yes, Mali, Africa). Lots of thoughts and prayers for you all as you settle in. Can't wait to hear about all of your adventures at our next meeting:)
