Peter and Joey {NYC Photographer}

Meet my dear friends Peter and Joey. I met them shortly after our move to NYC 2 1/2 years ago and (sadly) this is their last day to be living in the city. They have called NY home for several years, but continued schooling (and maybe the beach) is calling them to South Florida (we'll hope only temporarily). So, as you can imagine, I was all too glad to monopolize one of their last few afternoons with such a fun photo shoot! We started in Soho and worked our way back up town to Central Park and their bench. I loved every single minute of it! We laughed a lot, gossiped a little, and did our best to capture some of their life in the city in a few photos. Peter and Joey, NY (and I) will miss you!

Tiffany and Baby #2 {NYC Maternity Photographer}

A couple weeks ago I got together with my friend Tiffany to photograph her adorable pregnant belly (you've seen her before on this Blog). This is baby #2 for the Henkel family, a time when most may not think to be photographed (probably because they did it the first pregnancy). I know from watching Tiffany through this experience that it's much different than the first time around (mostly because you have an idea of what to expect this time), so I was thrilled to be able to take some time to focus on this pregnancy alone with her. Baby Henkel is scheduled to arrive any day now, perhaps blogging about it will help his/her arrival to come even that much sooner:) Thanks again for a great day Tiffany, I can't wait to meet this new little baby!

Emily and Desiree (NYC Photographer)

I was so excited when Emily got in touch with me over a month ago about this shoot. She and Desiree were meeting up for a friends weekend in the city and they thought a photo shoot together was the perfect way to commemorate the occasion...I couldn't have been happier! They were so much fun to hang out with! Despite the cold, they were still willing to go through with their outfit plans without complaint (I'm pretty sure I complained more than they did as I stayed bundle in my coat, scarf, and gloves the whole time). And to top it off, we were on the Highline...one of my favorite places in the city! Have a great rest of your weekend Emily and Desiree!
