Josh and Vanessa's West Village Engagement {NYC Engagement Photographer}

Meet Josh and Vanessa....a true NYC couple. They met at a party and caught each other's attention and from there...well, you can see where they ended up:) They are local West Villagers and so their neighborhood made for the perfect backdrop for their engagement session. I will always say yes to a West Village shoot! We started off in one of my favorite gardens at the Church of St. Luke's in the Fields (seriously, you must go there if you ever have the chance- this just also happens to be their "backyard") and then spent the rest of our time wandering some of their favorite streets. They are such a fun couple and so very easy to photograph...I can't wait to be a part of your wedding this February! Congratulations...enjoy the preview!

Cameron is 1! {CT Baby Photographer}

It's hard to believe a whole year has past! Cameron is such a big boy now and oh so cute too:) For our last session together we spent the morning at the beach (you can never go wrong at the beach with me). Cameron was full of all his new tricks with a lot of walking and talking. Seriously, he is such a handsome little man! Thank you for a wonderful year together. I can't wait to see you when you're 2:)

the even more adorable 8 month old Ethan! {NYC Baby Photographer}

I realize I say this all the time, but it's totally true...I love being a part of a baby's first year! Each meeting just gets better and better. Ethan, of course, is no exception. I love getting to see him every few months! He is now 8 months old (yes, a year goes by that fast) and unbelievably happy. He's still a little chunk too (and I mean this in the best way possible too...I love his chubby little legs). Ethan (along with his wonderful parents and super big brother) met me in Central Park for what turned into the perfect October Saturday. So many great photos, but here's just a few of my initial favorites. Enjoy!

**One sidenote: my sessions with Ethan are definitely focused on him, but Ryan (the big brother) gets a cameo each session too. All of that to say, he's gotten to know me as I have him and this summer they had a photo session on the beach with another photographer. As they were getting dressed for the session, Ryan didn't want to wear the shirt his mom had picked out for him. She explained that they were going to have their photos taken and he needed to wear it. Ryan responded: "with Jenny?" Sarah jumped on this and said: "No, not with Jenny this time, but she said that we had to look our best for this photographer too." Ryan promptly put on his new shirt:)**

park playdate with the Atre family {Brooklyn Family Photographer}

Meet the Atre family and the oh so adorable River! River is near 10 months old and one of the happiest little boys you could ask to meet. We met in Ft. Greene Park, played with blocks, explored some steps, walked around this great Brooklyn neighborhood and got some amazing photos out of it all. This is a new favorite session of mine for sure!
